Worldwide Information Campaign Against Prejudice and Ignorance

This development groups aims to develop a Worldwide Campaign Against Prejudice and Ignorance. The general idea is to create national or local GALE or Education Committtees that work on collecting information on LGBT issues and specifically the implementation of the right to education for LGBTI (etc.) people, to disseminate information on this, to link potential partners to each other and to generallu advocate and support good LGBT education.

We are looking for funding for this campaign. This may be transnational funding, but also funding per country. We welcome proposals to cooperate on the establishment of national/local GALE Committees.

Currently, there are two committees:

1. Brazil: the GALE Brasil Comité Articulador ('think tank')
2. Netherlands: the Dutch Education Alliance for Sexual Diversity
